Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supporting and interacting with suppliers and customers through complaint investigations, resolution, and trending
- Ensuring the commercialized product design intent and product integrity is retained as materials, processes, methods, and specifications change
- Supporting change as it relates to design changes inspired by quality improvement, source of supply changes, or cost reduction efforts
- Troubleshooting, investigating, and analyzing for non-conforming product testing and disposition
- Comply with the rigors of the IATF standards, including 16949
- Three (3) years of experience in a Quality role in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other sciences (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of experience in a quality function, manufacturing/production plant, and/or supplier interaction
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) or equivalent quality certification
- Experience supporting and/or leading efforts on life cycle management, risk management, product and process improvements, and other product documentation efforts
