Join HumanEdge Health for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment at a leading Children's Hospital in Albany, NY. This is a dynamic opportunity for experienced pediatric nurses who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.

Position Overview:

As a member of the Children's Hospital Float Pool (CHFP), you will float across multiple pediatric care units, including:

• NICU (Neonatal ICU)

• PICU (Pediatric ICU)

• General Pediatrics

• Postpartum Mother/Baby

• Pediatric Emergency Department

Assignments are made at the beginning of each shift by the Centralized Nursing Staffing Office or CHFP leadership. Flexibility and clinical agility are essential in this role.

Patient Population:

• Ages: Newborn to 21 years

• Conditions may include:

  • Prematurity

  • Respiratory illness

  • Trauma

  • Sepsis

  • Post-surgical recovery

  • Neurological disorders

  • Diabetic ketoacidosis

  • Complex medical/surgical needs

Requirements:

• Active RN license (NY)

• Minimum of 2 years of recent pediatric experience

• Epic charting experience – REQUIRED

• BLS (AHA) required; PALS preferred

• Prior float or critical care experience highly preferred
