LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in West Palm Beach, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and relieve pain. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-care techniques. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Document patient care, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and clinical practice standards.
