Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $65,000 - $129,225 annually; actual pay depends on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview:

This role impacts sales and productivity of regional Ralph Lauren retail stores and maintains the brand image through consistent brand communication and creative presentation. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader responsible for managing the brand aesthetic and creating memorable customer experiences through the execution and maintenance of interior and window displays.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing installation of all interior and window changeovers, including production of interior sets, on-site prop handling, placement, and rigging.
  • Developing unique design specifications aligned with seasonal themes.
  • Maintaining store interior sets daily, including repositioning mannequins, re-propping, re-merchandising, and sourcing alternative products for displays.
  • Managing procurement and assembly of creative and aesthetic elements for windows, such as wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting, and decorative props.
  • Researching and utilizing multiple vendors for props and decorative elements.
  • Applying strong time management and organizational skills to manage and engage the team, ensuring project completion.
  • Nurturing the team through coaching and ongoing feedback.
  • Conducting daily store walkthroughs to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain aesthetic standards.
  • Planning and preparing for upcoming installations or floor changes according to a creative calendar.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement within role and responsibilities and proposing solutions.
  • Managing budgets for installations to ensure they stay within financial plans.
  • Communicating regularly with store teams to align creative needs.
  • Staying connected with the Corporate Office via the Team Site, updating directives, showrooms, advertising, product deliveries, and buys.
  • Participating in timely updates to the Team Site, including photo uploads and regional calendars.
  • Monitoring creative competition and sharing insights with management.
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

    • Experience in visual presentation and rigging, preferably in luxury retail or equivalent.
    • Ability to manage and travel between multiple store locations.
    • Effective 360-degree communication skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and as part of a team.
    • Passion for the brand and a focus on the consumer.
