BizTek People is looking for an experienced recruiter for our client in NY, NY.Title: Talent Acquisition Partner -Technology & Financial ServicesLocation: Hybrid (2 days in-office required)Overview:

A leading financial institution is seeking a skilled recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent, primarily for technology roles. This role is part of a collaborative recruitment team and may extend to other business areas as needed. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, external partners, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  • Utilize data and metrics to refine and enhance hiring strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in the technology sector.
  • Knowledge of technical roles and required skill sets.
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, preferably Workday.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
