The newly formed Field Marketing department within Marcus & Millichap is focused on delivering scalable, localized marketing programs that drive awareness and improve the perception of Marcus & Millichap amongst prospective investors and agent recruits. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and support our Northeast and Southeast field marketing efforts. This role will work directly with the broader Field Marketing team, Divisional Management, and Corporate Marketing to deliver impactful marketing strategies that enhance our already leading brand throughout the Northeast and Southeast regions. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our marketing strategies and initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must excel in collaborating across departments, successfully manage multiple projects at the same time and be inspired to drive engagement with our brand locally. This role will also collaborate with marketing specialists and Senior marketers across marketing to ensure strategies align to key Divisional priorities and help bring marketing ideas to fruition. This is an in-office role that reports into the Sr. Team Manager, Field Marketing.Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute a variety of projects across advertising, email and social channels
- Oversee email campaigns including planning, content creation, scheduling and deployment
- Implement and evangelize email best practices across the team and divisions
- Manage Marketing Best Practice series including content and communication strategy, and monthly run of show
- Identify integration opportunities across other channels (social, PR, advertising)
- Deliver monthly Divisional and Corporate Marketing reporting
- Provide marketing support for ad hoc Divisional level projects (advertising, internal communications, recruiting) and support the Field Marketing team by completing other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Proactively monitor projects and scope, ensuring alignment to established priorities and established marketing plan
- Perform thorough quality checks to ensure completed work meets requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and bring new ideas and innovations to the team
Professional Experience / Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or Business.
- Minimum four years of general marketing experience required. In-house marketing agency experience is a plus. Real estate, banking, financial services or brokerage industry experience is a strong plus
- Excellent writing skills, strong verbal presentation skills, clear communication, and articulation abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational and project management skills.
- Able to organize multiple deadlines and perform multiple tasks concurrently while demonstrating flexibility and efficiency
- Demonstrated relationship-building experience and strong collaboration skills.
- Must have or will be expected to become knowledgeable about the general Commercial Real Estate industry including terminology
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization and automation
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, CRM systems and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
