This position is responsible for planning and managing projects of various sizes and complexity. The role includes end-to-end project delivery, managing budget, schedule, dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risk. The candidate will manage and strategically plan the delivery of information and analysis on client cost and utilization data for eligible accounts. Ensuring alignment of project work with business objectives, the role requires a blend of technical and business acumen to drive the design, development, and implementation of strategic IT projects. Building knowledge of IT products and lines of business is essential to assess delivery feasibility and conflicts with other projects. The position involves setting and managing customer expectations, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and providing benefit consulting services to large accounts. It includes providing direction to benefit consultants and analysts, driving deliverables with PDL and IT product managers, removing barriers, and escalating risks/issues. A comprehensive understanding of systems development lifecycles and methodologies, along with a basic understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure, and networking, is required.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting, or Finance OR 4 years' experience.
  • 7 years' experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants.
  • 7 years' experience with data analysis and information reporting related to healthcare data.
  • 4 years leadership experience including 2 years in a management position.
  • Experience with Healthcare benefits, terminology, concepts, and insurance economies.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative standards, measures, and statistical concepts.
  • Negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Experience or knowledge within Government Programs or Medicare.
  • Data Analysis skills.

Compensation ranges from $69,200 to $146,700. Exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
