Job Description :

Our Client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Marketing Manager II for their New York, NY location.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Marketing Strategy & Partnerships team with the creation of marketing campaigns, including drafting campaign briefs and commissioning assets across owned & operated (O&O) and paid platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Coordinator to establish campaigns in proprietary systems, perform data entry, generate house numbers, and track production from inception to delivery.
  • Maintain a weekly on-air planning calendar for all campaigns and communicate plans to the internal media team to ensure proper execution.
  • Assist in tracking campaign deliverables across networks, adhering to strict timelines.
  • Ensure all units comply with strategy and operational requirements.
  • Lead communication with brand marketing and creative teams, as well as client media scheduling and buying divisions, to facilitate asset delivery and processing for broadcast and external media placement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to partner marketing teams, including affiliate/distribution marketing, ensuring asset delivery as requested and vetting pitches with brand leadership.
  • Manage fulfillment of existing brand partnerships and coordinate with external agencies for future partnerships.
  • Support department managers and directors with administrative tasks, including SharePoint maintenance and other departmental requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer promotions, TV/streaming content industry, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • College degree with 3+ years of marketing or advertising experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Flexible team player willing to adapt and face challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
