How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead the implementation of QMS strategy across HUB Americas.
  • Provide training and support to site quality teams.
  • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Align quality policies and practices with global standards.
  • Conduct internal and external audits and drive certification efforts.
  • Collaborate with global manufacturing and local selling units.
  • Drive harmonization of business processes for multisite certification.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years in business operations and quality.
  • Experience implementing quality management systems.
  • Certified internal or lead auditor.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
