The purpose of the GISProduct and Services Manager is to manage the teams that deliver the internal and external products and services the GIS Unit provides. This position also serves the key role for the unit of facilitating coordination between business customers, the Product and Services Team and when required with our Application Services Team. While the Application Services Team provides the technology that this team and our customers use, the Product and Services Team provides the tailored customer service, training, data production and direct application of GIS knowledge that yields solutions to complex problems that take forms ranging from data analysis products to complex reports delivered in hardcopy or digital visualizations, maps or physical datasets.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related field or other related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution and five years progressive experience including at least two years of experience in programming and applications analysis or related work

Associate degree in computer science or an IT related field or other related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution and six years progressive experience including at least two years of experience in programming and applications analysis or related work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
