Description

We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager to oversee the lifecycle of various business applications, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and quality standards are upheld. Based in Dayton, Ohio, this role will involve coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and digital teams while identifying opportunities to improve system functionality and efficiency.

The SAP ISU FSM Product Owner will oversee and manage the SAP Multi Resource Scheduling and SAP Asset Manager Mobile applications implemented into support customer connections. This role will collaborate with Business and Digital stakeholders to ensure standards and quality are achieved during the management lifecycle such as incidents, enhancements, and improvements.

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Field Service Management applications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Technical Oversight: Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful use and seamless integration of SAP ISU, SAP MRS (Multi Resource Scheduling), and SAP Asset Manager Mobile to process service orders within the SAP Customer Service (CS) module until billing completion.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.
  • Project Management: Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance Field Service Management operations.
  • Project Planning and Monitoring: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and functional design documents (FDDs), and monitor progress to meet milestones within scope, time, and cost constraints.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors, managing change requests and documenting system changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with ERP solutions, preferably in utilities sector.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems using structured frameworks.
  • Strong technical project management skills for timely delivery.
  • Knowledge of market trends such as Big Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Mobile, and Analytics in the electrical utility industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Genesys technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Vendor management experience and a client-focused approach.
