Management Consultants gain exposure to Fortune 500 companies across various industries, working directly with frontline managers and supervisors to drive sustainable performance and financial improvements through behavioral change.

This position requires 100% weekly travel, Sunday through Friday, to designated project locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing client organizations to solve business issues, create value, and improve performance for sustainability.
  • Understanding client challenges and technologies to facilitate behavioral change.
  • Analyzing data to guide organizational decision-making.
  • Identifying waste and improvement opportunities in resources and processes.
  • Discussing organizational shortcomings with clients to provide constructive feedback.
  • Empowering frontline accountability and guiding clients in self-exploration of their business segments.
  • Collaborating with frontline leaders to enhance leadership and management behaviors.
  • Coaching clients to approach business issues proactively and confidently.
  • Assisting with tool building and modifications.
  • Fostering teamwork and resolving conflicts efficiently.

Travel and Per Diem:

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Engineering sectors.
  • Proven conflict management, consensus-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent facilitation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to pass background and screening checks.
