We seek a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Developer to join our team. This pivotal role bridges the gap between cutting-edge quantitative research and the practical demands of a dynamic trading environment. Collaborating closely with quantitative researchers and traders, the selected candidate will develop, implement, and optimize various innovative financial models and analytics. **Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate directly with research teams to enhance research systems and productivity across the technology stack.

- Design and implement a unified system enabling efficient access to data, model building, fitting, and backtesting in production and simulation environments.

- Engage with researchers and traders to identify and address technical challenges, developing new functionalities to support modelling efforts.

- Create and maintain products and frameworks that offer insights into the investment process and performance, including curated APIs and data visualizations.

- Provide a robust coding environment along with a suite of data and platform services aimed at significantly enhancing efficiency, facilitating collaboration on research, and accelerating the deployment of quantitative analytics critical to business operations.

**Requirements:**

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a highly technical field.

- At least six years of software development experience, with a proven track record of developing high-quality software, preferably in Python.

- A strong interest in quantitative research and a keen understanding of business needs.

- The capability to take full ownership of the end-to-end engineering processes, from concept through deployment and support.
