Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

As our growth accelerates, we're searching for a high-performing HVAC Sales Manager to lead our residential sales strategy, drive revenue from technician turnovers, and elevate the performance of our field and sales teams. This isn't just a sales management role... it's a strategic position where you'll own and grow revenue through the sales team collaboration. You'll work directly with our teams to maximize lead generation, convert high-ticket sales, and create a seamless path from a service call to signed contract.Key Reponsibilities

• Lead and manage the residential HVAC sales department across the multiple brands to consistently exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Own and optimize technician turnover processes, ensuring service leads are captured, qualified, and efficiently handed off to sales team.
• Inspire and energize team through daily huddles, contests, recognition programs, and clear goal-setting that builds a winning culture.
• Train, coach, and motivate both technicians and in-home sales team to improve lead generation, closing skills, and ticket averages.
• Conduct ride-alongs and team performance reviews to reinforce Bonney's sales process, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Track and report on KPIs, including average ticket size, conversion rates, revenue per lead, and turnover close ratios.
• Collaborate with marketing, dispatch, and call center teams to maximize lead flow efficiency, booking rates, and revenue potential.
• Ensure sales documentation, estimates, and contracts are accurate and compliant.
• Ensure compliance with all HVAC sales regulations, permitting, and financing guidelines.
• Address escalated customer issues and support closing high-value deals to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Stay current on HVAC products, services, and financing programs to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the needs of the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC in-home sales experience (residential focus)
• 2+ years managing sales teams or in a senior sales leadership role
• Deep knowledge of turnover-driven lead generation models
• Proven success managing high-volume in-home sales reps
• Strong leadership, accountability, and performance management skills
• Expertise in using CRMs (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce) and sales reporting tools
• Polished communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
