Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking a strategic and culturally attuned Senior Manager of Culture & Inclusive Marketing to lead the development and execution of multicultural marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for an experienced brand marketer with a strong background in the beverage alcohol industry and a deep understanding of inclusive marketing, experiential activations, and multicultural consumer engagement.

You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in multicultural marketing, applying cultural intelligence and consumer insights to enhance brand relevance and drive growth in an increasingly diverse marketplace. The position reports to the Director of Multicultural & Inclusive Marketing and will collaborate across brand, shopper, creative, and commercial teams to execute impactful programs in both on- and off-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cultural Insights Integration

  • Partner with brand teams to integrate cultural and consumer insights into brand strategies.
  • Leverage syndicated data, internal tools, and trend analyses to inform decision-making and ensure campaigns are authentic and impactful.

Retail & Experiential Program Development

  • Co-develop immersive shopper marketing programs that bring cultural passion points—particularly soccer—to life at retail and on-premise.
  • Influence purchase behavior by shaping culturally relevant point-of-sale messaging and in-market experiences.
  • Coordinate closely with sales to ensure alignment and successful program delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as an internal consultant to brand, creative, shopper, and channel teams by identifying and supporting multicultural opportunities.
  • Ensure inclusive marketing principles are embedded into strategic brand plans.
  • Track and apply cultural trends to drive relevant, emotionally resonant campaigns that connect with diverse consumer segments.

Industry Expertise

  • Apply deep understanding of the beverage alcohol category's trade landscape and experiential marketing dynamics to develop activations tailored to multicultural audiences.
  • Design retail and event-based programming that resonates during key cultural moments, with an emphasis on soccer-related experiences.

Trend Monitoring & Strategy

  • Stay current on cultural, consumer, and competitive trends to identify brand growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on multicultural and soccer culture to inform proactive marketing strategies.

Operational Support

  • Support day-to-day operations of the inclusive marketing team, assisting with administrative coordination and cross-functional planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in inclusive or multicultural marketing, ideally in the spirits, beverage alcohol, or CPG space.
  • Proven success in developing and launching marketing campaigns that authentically connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise channels and how they influence consumer behavior.
  • Deep familiarity with trade, retail, and experiential marketing dynamics in the alcohol category.
  • Ability to synthesize consumer insights and cultural data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Confident leadership presence and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for culturally driven marketing and experience engaging with communities through passion points such as sports, music, or lifestyle.
