What You'll Do:

People ManagementLead a team of 8 -10 colleagues to enable colleague development, driverevenue growth and service delivery of the teamOversee day-to-day account team activities and client servicing staffperformanceProvide coaching, mentoring, and training to maximize career developmentfor client servicing staffWork with Practice Directors and Practice Managers to develop peoplemanagement skills

OperationalMonitor work allocation and adherence to service standardsServe as quality control for client servicing teams to ensure that clients havecontinuous and proper coverage

Client ServicingDedicate 20-25% of time to client work with the rest dedicated towardspeople managementMonitor and support retention of businessStrengthen client relationships and serve as an internal thought leader;support client servicing team with responses to more complex client needsand questions to improve the client experience

StrategicHelp establish the growth and retention strategy for account team andmonitor implementationEnsure the success of relationships with moderately complex clients,prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service anddrive growthSupport long-term growth of Woodruff Sawyer through participating inrecruiting efforts and interviewing candidates

Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred5+ years of insurance brokerage experience

Experience managing client servicing teams preferredWorking knowledge of insurance coveragesExcellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership skills

More About Us:

Compensation: Anticipated salary between $95,000- $158,000. Salary offered willbe dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate.

This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additionalcompensation with a target equivalent to 10% of salary annually, based onindividual and Company performance
