Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Immunizing | VaccinationLocation: Hempstead, NY 11550Duration: 3 Months+Pay rate: $52.81/hr. on W2Position Summary:The Healthcare Mental Well-being Communications team is seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on PowerPoint design and visual storytelling. This role will support the creation of compelling, branded visual content for presentations and marketing collateral. The designer will collaborate closely with the Director of Engagement and subject matter experts to bring data, insights, and strategic messaging to life across various formats including:
- PowerPoint presentations
- Graphs and data visualizations
- Flyers and guidebooks (digital and print)
- Infographics
- Designed email communications
- Digital assets for internal and external audiences
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, task-driven, and highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. A deep understanding of branding, layout, and accessibility best practices is essential. Knowledge of behavioral health, employee assistance programs, and wellness is a plus.Key Responsibilities:
- Support BH/EAP Sales and internal teams with custom-designed materials
- Collaborate with SMEs to understand project goals and deliver effective visual content
- Design and deliver executive-level presentations with strong visual narratives
- Create infographics and digital visuals that reflect data accurately and clearly
- Ensure adherence to brand standards across all creative assets
- Manage multiple projects and meet urgent deadlines as needed
- Produce and edit podcasts and internal/external videos
Required Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook): 5+ years (PowerPoint expertise essential)
- Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop – 5 years
- Illustrator – 5 years
- InDesign – 5 years
- Acrobat Pro – 5 years
- Premiere Pro (or similar video editing software) – 5 years
- Audition (or similar audio editing software) – 5 years
- Experience creating graphics and presentations for executive and sales audiences
- Ability to visually represent complex data clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (3–5 years preferred)
- Understanding of digital accessibility principles – Preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health and wellness programs – Preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
