Job Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for delivering integrated treasury solutions to clients and prospects, primarily in the United States or globally. Key responsibilities include managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams, increasing product penetration within an assigned portfolio, and partnering with client-facing teams to consult on sales opportunities. The role involves providing product knowledge to deliver optimal solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Deliver integrated treasury solutions to sophisticated clients in the U.S. banking sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to foster loyalty.
  • Identify and prospect new client opportunities within U.S. banks.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic advice to enhance treasury operations.
  • Engage at all organizational levels to secure stakeholder buy-in and cross-sell solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including CBK/IBK bankers, product teams, client service, global markets, and credit to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage and grow revenue streams across core cash management, transactional FX, bank notes, trade finance, cards, liquidity, and other GPS solutions for assigned clients.
  • Drive global solutions by navigating across regional geographies to grow the portfolio's revenue and profits.
  • Coordinate with global TSO teams outside North America to drive sales to branches and subsidiaries of foreign banks in the U.S.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience selling treasury solutions.
  • At least 5 years of selling treasury solutions within the banking industry.
  • Strong strategic sales skills with an understanding of industry challenges and requirements.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sales success in the industry.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles.
  • Deep knowledge of USD Clearing products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of US banking regulations including AML, OFAC, and KYC.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce & Tableau.
  • Knowledge of traditional trade products such as letters of credit and standby letters of credit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Transparency details:

Location: CA - San Francisco, 555 California St; NY - New York, One Bryant Park, Bank of America Tower

Pay range: $127,500 - $230,000 annually, determined by experience, education, and skills.

This role is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on performance, contributions, and overall company success.
