Global professional services firm specializing in indirect procurement is searching for a Senior Procurement Consultant who will be accountable for delivering high-impact procurement consulting services to clients in a structured, professional, and consistent manner. You will lead end-to-end consulting engagements—from project initiation through to successful delivery—focused on generating measurable value. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, driving long-term value creation, helping organizations gain a competitive advantage, and optimizing third-party spend. You will also have the opportunity to foster innovation and collaborate closely with members of the global executive board.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Delivery: Oversee the execution of consulting projects from planning through completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery. Proactively address challenges, optimize workflows, and present final deliverables to clients, often engaging with C-level executives.
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment between project objectives and broader business goals through clear, effective communication.
• Team Development & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and support junior team members, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and continuous learning. Provide regular coaching and actionable feedback to enhance performance and professional development.
• Business Development & Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs. Support proposal development and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
• AI & Automation Integration: Drive the advancement and deployment of our AI Consulting Agent, embedding AI-powered insights into consulting approaches and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Procurement Consulting Expertise: Deep knowledge of procurement transformation, category management, and supplier negotiation, with a strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical mindset.
• Leadership & Team Empowerment: A proven track record of leading by example, motivating teams, and coaching individuals to reach their highest potential.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and influence key stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
• Digital Proficiency: Practical experience with digital procurement platforms and analytics tools. Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft compelling presentations and data-driven narratives.
• Professional Experience & Education: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in procurement, consulting, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA, Supply Chain, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a strong advantage.
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with data analytics, AI and automation, prompt engineering, change management, storytelling, data visualization, and/or graphic design is highly desirable.
