Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Technical Leader in Remediation who is looking for new learning experiences and opportunities for career growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide project leadership to develop strategic approach to technical solutions including key interactions with clients, legal counsel, and regulators.
- Preparation of investigation work plans, design calculations, alternative analyses, plans, specifications, and other technical work products.
- Planning and oversight of key elements of Pre-Design Investigation (PDI), Basis of Design Report (BODR), Remedial Design Work Plan (RDWP), and 30/60/90/Final Design Reports.
- Execution of field projects, field testing and logging, interpretation and use of field tests, and collection of soil and sediment samples.
- Construction observation at select sediment management project sites under the guidance of a Senior Foth Construction Manager.
- Maintain positive relationships and knowledge of existing and proposed regulations related to sediment management.
- Assist business development efforts by supporting proposal preparation and cultivating client relationships.
- Coach, motivate, mentor, and develop other technical members.
- Be recognized as a resource for developing/implementing client and market strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Water Resources, or related fields.
- 15+ years of experience in sediment or upland remediation projects.
- Previous experience preparing detailed engineering plans and specifications for remediation sites.
- Professional Engineer/Geologist license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in related fields.
- 10+ years of experience with an engineering consulting firm.
- Ability to develop construction documents/drawings using CAD principles.
- Proven record of establishing positive working relationships with clients and regulators.
Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 a year. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible for bonuses and various benefits.
