Summary

We are hiring for a Director of Business Development.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

Responsibilities

• Hire, direct, train, and supervise the sales team at the agency level.
• Coach employees to overcome objections and collaboratively work toward growth goals.
• Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of community resources, providing in-services and education to the sales team.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about interested, prospective, and current patients.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with referral sources, patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the community at large to promote understanding of the hospice philosophy and support to all patients desiring our care.
• Assist the Director of Admissions in overseeing the referral to admissions process to achieve growth goals.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least three years of experience in healthcare sales preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice care is preferred.
