Level: SeniorJob DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our development team in New York City. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable backend systems and contributing to the full software development lifecycle. This role requires strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8/11+, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end frameworks ( React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and practices.
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
