Resolution Planning Treasuries Associate Director

My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new full-time Resolution Planning Associate Director opportunity available for a major firm located in Downtown, Manhattan. Salary Range: $110,000 – $170,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

About this Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director of Resolution Planning to join our Regulatory Strategy and Governance team. This role will serve as the lead author for the U.S. Resolution Plan's financial forecasting chapter, driving scenario analysis and resolution strategy development. The candidate will also support resolution liquidity, capital frameworks, and financial resiliency planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead drafting of financial forecast sections of the U.S. Resolution Plan with a focus on resolution strategies and scenarios.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Legal to develop and enhance resolution-specific capital and liquidity frameworks.
  • Coordinate and execute firm-wide resolution planning deliverables, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare management-ready documentation and presentations for governance and regulatory purposes.
  • Support broader resolution planning initiatives including playbooks, legal entity mapping, and financial interconnectivity analysis.
  • Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • 5–8 years of experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to resolution planning, liquidity or capital risk management, or regulatory consulting.
    • Proven ability to independently draft complex regulatory documents, policies, or planning frameworks.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented with a structured approach to project execution.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications (Pluses):

    • Direct experience in Resolution Planning, Capital Planning, or CCAR stress testing.
    • Familiarity with data and reporting tools such as Workiva, Tableau, or Alteryx.
