The Head of Macquarie Asset Management Technology Project Management Office, will initially focus on the Margo transition, then lead other projects as assigned.At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?The position will act as the technology project management lead building a strong Project Management office / practice and lead the project management of one or multiple large and complex M&A transition technology workstream / sub-workstream partnering closely with other workstreams / sub-workstreams. You will implement efficiencies that meet or exceed the financial expectations established at project initiation and develop and govern program and portfolio management processes, uses of dashboards, templates, keeping aligned with policies and metrics. This role will monitor projects, programs and portfolio to ensure compliance with project policies and standards as well as keeping to schedules, budgets and quality expectations and champion technology excellence, practice and innovative technologies to automate, simplify and innovate the technology landscape.$240,000-295,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.What You Offer

• Have significantly demonstrated hands-on experience of successfully managing large complex programs / projects spanning multiple business / functions areas.
• Have a strong track record on driving on-time on-budget program / project delivery within technology organizations especially in financial institutions / banks.
• Prior asset management technology PMO experiences extremely beneficial.
• Strong communication and leadership, comfortable with managing senior stakeholder relationship from both technology and business organizations.
