Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to develop and lead our automation testing practices. You will create and implement automated testing strategies for our systems and products, working closely with business and tech teams. Responsibilities include designing automation test scripts, creating regression test suites, and executing automation scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will also collaborate with QA leadership to improve automation processes.

• Define automation testing objectives and build out practices.
• Select and implement automation tools and resources.
• Partner with teams to prioritize testing and identify automation opportunities.
• Use automation to manage defects and resolve issues.
• Investigate bugs and errors during testing.
• Understand business and technology systems deeply.
• Align testing efforts with business and tech goals.
• Support initiatives by automating systems and processes.

Your Qualifications:

We're looking for someone quick to learn, collaborative, and experienced in automation testing. You should have:

• Strong collaboration and transparency skills.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting/programming.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, log analysis skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of SDLC, QA practices, Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with results focus.
• Certifications like CSTAS, CAT, AWS, ISTQB-Test Automation preferred.
• 7-10 years of automation testing experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in OOH advertising is a plus.

Salary range: $110,000-$145,000/year, determined during interviews based on experience and skills. This information is provided in accordance with NYC Salary Transparency Law.
