Job Description
We're looking for our very first iOS Lead Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to build our iOS application from the ground up, shaping its architecture, user experience, and overall mobile strategy. You'll be a key contributor in delivering an impactful mobile product that empowers students and their families on their journey to success.
As the sole iOS engineer on our team of 12, you'll report directly to our Head of Engineering and collaborate with product management, design, and customer success. You will own the entire iOS development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, making architectural decisions that will define our mobile future as we scale. If you're passionate about creating software that makes a real difference, this role is for you.
Our engineering team values collaboration. You'll engage in pairing, code reviews, process improvements, provide feedback on product and design, and focus on deep work. As a lead engineer, you'll lead projects and mentor other engineers as the team grows.
This is a full-time, regular employment opportunity, with hybrid or remote options for the right candidate.
