This is a high-impact role responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning, developing top talent, and ensuring leaders and teams are equipped with the capabilities they need to succeed in a high-performance environment.

You will shape the way our organization learns, grows, and evolves—cultivating a culture of curiosity, continuous development, and innovation.

  • Measurement & ROI: Establish learning analytics frameworks to measure program effectiveness, including engagement, adoption, learning outcomes, and business impact. Use learnings to inform future program strategy and development to ensure ongoing improvement.
  • Culture Building: Act as a change management leader to help embed a culture of learning across the organization—shifting mindsets, encouraging experimentation, and positioning learning as a core part of our employee experience.
  • AI Learning Enablement: Drive the execution of our internal AI learning strategy. Ensure all employees have access to foundational AI education, practical tools, and role-specific training to help them confidently apply AI in their work and further business objectives
  • Program Design & Delivery: Design and deliver high-impact learning experiences, based on established learning strategy, including self-paced, instructor-led, blended, and social learning formats that meet the diverse needs of employees across levels.
  • Learning Tech & Tools: Partner with internal stakeholders to manage our learning platforms and tools (Workday, Udemy, etc.). Evaluate new technologies and vendors that can enhance our learning ecosystem. Liaise with Corporate Communications and HRBPs to maximize employee engagement with learning tools.
  • Leadership Development: Work with key business partners to identify capability gaps and partner with HR and business leaders to design learning programs that support leadership effectiveness, readiness, and succession.
  • Learning-Embedded Talent Practices: Embed learning into key talent processes such as onboarding, performance reviews, and career development planning—ensuring learning is a continuous, integrated part of the employee experience.

Skills

  • Experienced in designing and scaling learning programs in fast-moving environments
  • Skilled in using data and insights to influence decisions and demonstrate impact
  • Comfortable leading and influencing cultural change.
  • Demonstrated success interfacing with senior executives and influencing decision making and organizational change.
  • Familiar with AI tools and trends, and passionate about upskilling others
  • Adept at storytelling, facilitation, and engagement techniques

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of developing learning strategies that drive business impact
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, change management, and learning technologies
  • Experience with AI learning, digital tools, and analytics strongly preferred
