Summary/ObjectiveThe Health and Safety Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide health and safety programs. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety across all departments. The Health and Safety Manager will collaborate closely with Human Resources and other department leaders to support safe workplace practices, employee well-being, incident response, and training initiatives.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment but time spent on project and construction sites is required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional long hours and weekend work is required. Must be able to respond to urgent safety issues as needed.
TravelThis position requires frequent domestic travel, including to New York City and other major metropolitan areas. Must be able to travel on short notice and stay on-site for extended periods as needed.
Education and Experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications1. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required2. NYC SST Supervisor Card (62-hour Site Safety Training) for NYC-based projects3. CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician), CSP (Certified Safety Professional), or equivalent strongly4. Familiarity with NYC DOB regulations and Local Law 196
