Founding Member of Technical Staff - Backend & Systems Engineering

An open-source platform that creates a feedback loop for optimizing LLM applications - turning production data into smarter, faster, and cheaper models are looking for a Backend Engineer to join their team.

What Will I Be Doing?

You'll be working on their Rust-based model gateway, which serves as the backbone of their platform. Your contributions will be primarily open-source and span across:

• Implementing dynamic in-context learning and other performance enhancements
• Building sophisticated A/B testing capabilities
• Designing and implementing core infrastructure
• Working closely with the technical team to drive features from conception to deployment
• Helping shape the engineering practices and long-term technical vision

As a founding team member, you'll have significant influence over the project's direction and architecture decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience tackling complex technical problems, especially in Rust
• Must be able to work in-person five days a week in our NYC office
