The Associate Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for day-to-day management of the marketing budget , including recording actual expenses and verifying correct coding, while working cross-functionally with all departments on their planned and actual spends. They aid in tech partner relations with leadership to maximize ROI on systems and implement AI initiatives within the organization to drive awareness and education across the department. Additionally, they are responsible for managing contracts with 3rd party vendors and agencies to drive efficiency and ensure compliance. The role also involves providing periodic reporting and analysis, including monthly and quarterly forecasting, close documents, LRP/AOP, and scenario planning. This role is based in New York, NY.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $74,300.00 to $99,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
