Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing & AD Manager.

The Marketing & AD Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, email marketing, and driving sales initiatives.

Daily tasks will include project management, team management, overseeing digital marketing efforts, creating content for various platforms, and collaborating with teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to identify new market opportunities and improve brand visibility.

• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Expertise in Marketing and Advertising
• Proficient in Project Management
• Experience as Marketing Manager managing multiple different teams
• Experience with Data Analysis & Strategy
• Experience and Expertise in Meta & Google ADs
• Familiar and utilizes AI - including GPT, Manychats & More
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience with Hubspot
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the wellness or healing industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
