Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plan the Integration/Separation Program.
  • Define the Governance model for the APAC/LATAM Order-to-Cash Integration Program, including Demand and Supply Planning, Order Management through Fulfillment, Accounting, Finance, and Device Service work streams.
  • Collaborate with ICU IT Leadership and the Lasso Program Steering Committee to define the scope of the Integration Program and its projects.
  • Establish communication processes and schedules by country/workstream as needed.
  • Hire and build a team of program managers, project managers, and analysts based on project needs.
  • Create and execute a high-level detailed work plan that sequences activities to complete the global Integration program regionally.
  • Determine initial resource requirements (time, budget, equipment) and maintain resource plans over time.
  • Develop and manage schedules for program completion, allocating resources effectively.
  • Brief senior management and stakeholders on schedules, updating as necessary.
  • Define objectives, benefits, and success metrics for the program and its projects.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 7-10 years of planning experience and senior management experience.
  • Experience managing full lifecycle IT applications development.
  • Experience with waterfall SDLC methodology; hybrid agile experience preferred.
  • Experience managing acquisition-related integration projects.
  • Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, Prince2, CSM/ACP are highly desired.
  • Experience with enterprise/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, SmartSheet).
  • ERP/MRP system experience, preferably Oracle.
  • Experience in regulated environments, such as FDA, is preferred.
  • Supervisory and mentoring experience required.
