We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join our engineering team with a strong focus on AdTech. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and hands-on contributions across our ad stack, including our Prebid-based wrapper technology. You will work closely with a team of software and QA engineers, mentoring and guiding them while driving product performance and revenue impact. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Revenue, and other business teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and technical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support a team of software and QA engineers through regular check-ins, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Provide architectural and feature design support to engineers, ensuring scalable and maintainable codebases.
- Review and provide feedback on pull requests (PRs), upholding code quality and engineering standards.
- Help engineers stay on task and maintain momentum, especially when tackling complex or time-consuming issues.
- Leverage deep AdTech knowledge to identify revenue opportunities and propose technical enhancements to our ad stack, particularly our Prebid-based wrapper.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align engineering efforts with company goals and timelines.
- Participate in and contribute to cross-functional meetings to discuss progress on ongoing initiatives and ensure smooth execution.

Skill Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or mentoring capacity
- Deep understanding of AdTech systems, particularly header bidding, Prebid.js, and programmatic advertising
- Experience designing and implementing scalable features in revenue-critical systems
- Proven ability to lead by influence and collaborate effectively with engineers and non-engineers alike
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices including version control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Ability to join us onsite 3x per week
