Head of HR Systems & Workday Enablement

We're seeking a strategic leader to drive the evolution of our global HR technology landscape, with Workday as the core platform. This role will lead enterprise-wide transformation efforts, streamline processes, and deliver a modern employee experience through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a multi-year HR tech strategy aligned with business and people goals.
• Lead the roadmap and delivery of Workday and other HR platforms at scale.
• Drive simplification, automation, and analytics across HR systems and processes.
• Act as enterprise owner for HR systems, ensuring security, scalability, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to improve workflows, drive adoption, and support transformation.
• Use AI and automation to enable smarter decisions and workforce insights.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance the employee experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams through implementations, change, and optimization.
• Set governance standards and metrics for system performance and data quality.
• Manage vendor partnerships and maximize tech ROI.
• Oversee Workday across HCM, Comp, Talent, and Recruiting modules.
• Lead global Workday deployments, enhancements, and integrations.
• Advise senior leadership on Workday best practices and long-term strategy.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in HR tech and digital transformation
• Deep hands-on Workday expertise across multiple modules
• Experience leading enterprise Workday programs and global rollouts
• Strong grasp of HR operations, compliance, and data governance
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's required; Master's preferred
• Workday certifications a plus
