Position Summary
The Director of Information Technology Services leads the strategic planning, implementation, and support of on-premise and cloud infrastructure, data infrastructure, and analytics. This position oversees a team of 20+ professionals across infrastructure, data engineering, networking, security, data analytics, and organizing tools to ensure the data infrastructure is in alignment with the overall goals of the Association and that the department is prepared to provide technology solutions that are secure and sustainable. The Director reports to the Senior Director of the Center for Innovation and Technology and works collaboratively across Centers and the NEA state affiliates to ensure everyone has access to a secure and actionable technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities
The Director of Information Technology services is responsible for providing a vision and plans to modernize the NEAs' infrastructure, leverage the cloud and automations, and ensure that the technology is scalable for both current needs and the growing needs of the future.
