Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, review work, and ensure service excellence
- Drive revenue through marketing, referrals, and business development
- Coach and mentor team members, oversee performance reviews
- Cultivate new and existing client and referral relationships
- Represent firm in the community through public speaking and involvement
- Champion firm culture, continuous learning, and specialization
Qualifications
- Current Principal, Partner, Director, or experienced Senior Manager in public accounting
- CPA or JD required
- Leadership, communication, and business development strengths
- Proficiency in accounting software and client relationship management
