Job Description
Level All is seeking a dedicated Senior Product Manager to join our Product Development team. As the most senior team member, you will influence our product strategy directly, reporting to our Co-CEOs. You will shape the product roadmap with a customer-centric approach, aligning with company growth goals, and lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product development in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in NYC, working 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
Develop and evangelize product strategy, define quarterly goals, and investment areas.Engage with customers to gather insights, understand needs, and articulate requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate solutions, validate features, and define KPIs.Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and coordinate releases.Lead agile ceremonies, write user stories, and define releases.Handle escalations related to customer issues and sales.Maintain transparency through product reviews, communicate trade-offs, and promote product success.Support go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales teams.Qualifications
- 4-8 years of product management experience.
- Experience in Edtech or education preferred.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end software product development.
- Experience working with Design and Engineering in agile settings.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Additional Information
- Onsite 4 days a week in Midtown Manhattan, Monday-Thursday.
- Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM.
- Level All does not provide work authorization or visa sponsorship.
- Annual compensation ranges from $150,000 to $175,000, with potential benefits, stock options, and performance-based increases.
