Responsibilities
Lead and deliver finance transformation projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years in Data Management, Data Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related roles.
- 3+ years experience with data analysis tools and cloud technologies.
- 2+ years managing teams or in leadership roles.
- Knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
- Experience with Python, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Additional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
