Our headquarters, a modern open-layout office, is located in the heart of Vinings with easy access to the greater Atlanta area.Position DescriptionThe Creative Director is a key leadership role responsible for driving the creative vision of our brand. This individual will ensure that all creative outputs are aligned with the brand's identity and strategic goals. They will oversee the creation of high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, and will lead the creative team to deliver innovative and engaging brand experiences.Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear and compelling creative vision rooted in our brand identity. Exercise full command of this vision to refine our brand guidelines and drive consistency across all brand touchpoints and manifestations.
  • Brand “Evangelist”: Express and articulate the brand as visibly and tangibly as possible, enabling clear understanding both internally and externally.
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a network of collaborators that includes design, artistic, and creative abilities.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of all brand content, ensuring it is cohesive, professional, high-quality, and reflective of the brand's inspiration. This includes digital, print, and social media content. Where needed, this person needs to personally produce creative assets and set the bar for what is required.
  • Social Media Management: Direct the brand's social media strategy, ensuring a strong and engaging presence across all platforms. Develop content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. Stay updated on social media trends to ensure the continued relevance of our brand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated brand messaging. Collaborate on campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Design and Visual Communication, or other related field
  • Proficiency in design principles, typography, layout and other visual elements necessary to create compelling designs
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and execution
  • Ability to align creative efforts with overarching brand goals, business objectives, market trends and company values
  • Demonstrated understanding and communication of brand identity though visual content creation
  • Proficiency in design software and tools
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to Scottsboro, AL (up to 50%)
