The selected candidate will join a management team of financial services and technology veterans who have held C-level roles at leading institutions such as Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and others.

Job Description

Norric is seeking a mission-driven Managing Director of Real Estate to lead our efforts in identifying, validating, and building technology products that address critical pain points across the real estate industry. As an early-stage company building enterprise intelligence solutions for real estate and financial institutions, we're looking for a strategic leader who understands the operational workflows of real estate stakeholders and can translate those insights into high-impact digital products.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in real estate, understands the nuances of asset management, development, underwriting, and compliance, and has a track record of operational excellency. This is a foundational role that will directly shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy within the real estate vertical.

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, asset managers, REITs, and institutional investors to guide product development and adoption
• Serve as Norric's subject matter expert on real estate workflows across asset classes (residential, commercial, infrastructure)
• Identify key friction points in real estate operations, underwriting, compliance, and risk management that can be solved through technology
• Support business development efforts by aligning product features with market needs and helping to close strategic enterprise accounts

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in real estate, with deep exposure to asset management, development, or capital markets
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment and building from the ground up
• Passionate about using technology to improve transparency, efficiency, and resilience in the built environment
