About The RoleCrowdStrike Falcon Host is a security product with two components: a sensor (driver) installed on client machines to observe system activity and recognize malicious behavior, and a cloud component that aggregates telemetry, correlates threats, and provides insights to customers. We are seeking an Engineering Manager for the team responsible for content and prevention policies on the Falcon sensor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring, retaining, and leading software development teams, owning features from design to delivery, and working across all OS layers such as file system, memory, process, and networking.
