Director Operations & Account Management

Job Overview

We are seeking aDirector of Productsto lead the strategy, development, and execution of our B2B SaaS Product - chatCDP.ai, focusing oncustomer data and personalization. This individual will oversee the product development and technology team, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs while drivinginnovation, operational excellence, and business growth.

This role requires a deep understanding ofdata products, AI-driven natural language interfaces, enterprise data ecosystems, and customer intelligence. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring development and seamless integration of next-gen AI and data integration capabilities into the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute theproduct vision, strategy, and roadmapfor our SaaS platforms, ensuring customer-centric innovation.
• Leadcross-functional teams(engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure the successful development and launch of new features.
• Conduct competitive analysisto maintain a leading edge in customer data and personalization solutions.

Technology and System Design

• Define and drive technology integrations, data architecture, and data models to ensure the scalability, performance, and growth of the product.
• Establish and enforce industry best practices in software development, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance efficiency, maintainability, and throughput.

Resource & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and scalea high-performing product/ engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
• Oversee theallocation of engineering, design, and operational resources, ensuring optimal efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Serve as a key advocate for presenting theproduct vision, communicating updates, priorities, and features to potential prospects and existing clients.
• Act as a liaison betweenexecutive leadership and product teams, ensuring alignment on business goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience

• Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or MBA, with a focus on technology management, or analytics.
• 8+ years of experience in technology and/or product management and 3+ years in a leadership role

Technical & Strategic Skills

• Technical background in application development, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, NLP, and LLM (Large Language Models) for enterprise applications.
• Deep expertise in database technologies, data warehouses, and structured/unstructured data retrieval.
• Experience leading data-heavy products and integrating APIs for data access and
• analytics.
• Familiarity with data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and enterprise security standards.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS products.
• Strong ability tosynthesize data, perform competitive analysis, and develop strategic recommendations.

Operational & Leadership Skills

• Expertise inprocess optimization, resource management, and scalable operations.
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact projectsin a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
