  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, business development, operations, or account management.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience in an agency or in-house team.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with technical recruiting, sourcing, ATS systems.
  • Experience in Alumni hiring space.
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Skills in consulting, collaboration, client management, and relationship building.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and analytics reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit Alumni and AI/ML talent across North America, focusing on Software Engineering roles.
  • Develop alumni hiring strategies, managing relationships with staffing leads.
  • Advise staffing partners and engineers on alumni rehiring.
  • Be an expert on rehire eligibility, retention, and AI/ML market intelligence.
  • Identify trends in alumni interest and develop attraction strategies.
