Plant Manager - Smoked Meat - Bacon/Ham

GPAC is seeking a Plant Manager for a client in the pork industry. The company has been in business for nearly 20 years and is experiencing significant growth. This facility is their third location and will employ around 300 staff.

Ideal Candidate: Experience with smoked meats, preferably ham or bacon.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing
• Ability to oversee production, maintenance, and quality
• Strong understanding of lean, 5S, and continuous improvement
• Hands-on leadership style
• Experience with plant start-up or in a growth environment is preferred
