Director / Senior Director of Finance – NYC (Hybrid)

Location: Midtown NYC (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

Reporting to: CFO

Compensation: $200-250k base + bonus + equity

We are retained on an exclusive search for a Director / Senior Director of Finance with a high-growth, venture-backed healthcare SaaS company that is transforming how providers access insights and data at the point of care. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalized, scaling company at an inflection point in its growth.

About the Company

• Innovative, cloud-based healthcare platform integrating directly into provider workflows
• $150M+ raised from top-tier investors with strong multi-year runway
• Rapidly scaling with ~350–400 employees, HQ in NYC with R&D overseas
• Forecasting $50M+ ARR in 2026 with multiple multi-year, multimillion-dollar contracts signed
• Recently launched a developer platform for third-party healthcare applications

The Opportunity

You will own financial planning and analysis for a scaling SaaS business, partnering with leadership across the organization to influence strategic decisions. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to the C-suite and Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes, reporting, and financial modeling to support business growth
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance and guide strategic decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with revenue, operations, and product teams to influence investment priorities
• Support board and investor reporting, as well as corporate development initiatives
• Drive automation, process improvements, and best practices across finance

About You

• 8–10+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills
• Experience supporting leadership and influencing business strategy
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or venture-backed companies is a plus
• Based in the NYC area and comfortable in a hybrid work environment
