As a key contributor within the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization, this role supports the Business Operations function across ET. The position plays a pivotal role in enabling senior leadership operations through strategic coordination of executive reporting routines—including Board, Committee, Operating, Staff, and external event engagements.The role is instrumental in driving special projects and initiatives of significant complexity and risk exposure, requiring strong project management and execution skills. It involves orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with internal and external ET resources to ensure timely and effective project delivery. A strong emphasis is placed on logistics and event support, particularly in preparing for and executing high-visibility leadership engagements and operational routines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.1. Support the Business Operations function spanning ET or for a leader of a specific division within ET. 2. Support leader Executive Reporting routines (including but not limited to Board, Committee, Operating, Staff, Investor Relations, External Media)3. Support various efforts or projects of significant complexity and/or risk exposure4. Indirectly or directly support a team or multiple teams of internal and/or external ET resources to deliver various efforts or projects5. Contribute to the identification and execution of continuous Improvements to create efficiencies in the running of the organization (including creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and/or job aids, and process automation)6. Establish and maintain relationships across ET and partners including but not limited to Finance, HR, Legal / Office of the Corporate Secretary, Risk, Audit, and Communications

1. Bachelor's degree and minimum eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to include general business management, consulting-type work, or other disciplines related to executive reporting, operations management, business management and/or technology.2. Broad knowledge across multiple areas such as executive reporting, stakeholder management, finance, project management, and change management3. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges, and apply best practices to improve products, processes, or services.4. Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.5. Strong executive-level communication skills (verbal and written), including ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective and handle interpersonal issues with tact and diplomacy.6. Must possess ability to:a. Be organized, consume volumes of information, data, and synthesize in an executive summary mannerb. Think critically to connect the dots across information and organizationsc. Support slideware creation for deliverables at the executive leveld. Provide highest level of attention to detail across all deliverablese. Establish positive working relationships across a large organizationf. Work in a fast-paced environment where quick turnaround is demanded

Preferred Qualifications:

·Proven experience in coordinating executive-level events, leadership offsites, and strategic planning sessions with attention to detail and discretion.

·Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics for senior leadership operations, including scheduling, venue coordination, travel arrangements, and on-site support.

·Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-impact special projects on time and within scope.

·Ability to anticipate leadership needs and proactively plan activities, meetings, and engagements that align with strategic priorities.

·Proficiency in developing and maintaining operational tools such as process documentation, job aids, and event playbooks.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.

·Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high visibility.

The annual base salary for this position is $127,600 - $148,900
