We're seeking a future team member for the role of Global Client Segment Marketing to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team. This role is located in New York City, NY –HYBRID.

The leader in this role will lead our segment-focused marketing efforts across key customer groups (e.g., Wealth Intermediaries, Asset Owners, Alts Investment Managers, etc.). This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and loyalty across our customer base.

This is a highly visible position working directly with the executive leadership team and other senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong working relationships, be obsessed with solving client problems, be passionate about technology, exude ownership of the business and be able to deliver tangible results in a matrixed environment.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Strategy Development: Define and lead the segment marketing strategy aligned with business goals, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of segment marketers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Oversee campaign planning and execution across channels (digital, direct, third party, etc.), tailored to customer segment needs.
  • Customer Insights: Leverage data and insights to develop personas, map customer journeys, and create targeted content and messaging.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Digital, Analytics, and Brand teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and optimize strategies for acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Budget Management: Manage segment marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with leadership, sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives. Foster a culture of results through collaboration and shared goals across departments.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in a senior marketing role with deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Track record of success managing and developing high-performing teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of the financial industry ecosystem, and knowledge of securities services (markets, asset servicing, clearing and custody), and investment management businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, prioritize decisions, and successfully manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace innovation and manage change.
  • Strong communicator, able to build consensus and drive results through collaboration, influence, and persuasion.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
