Role Overview:

We seek a highly motivated Senior Director of Drug Product Development and Manufacturing to lead our drug development efforts, focusing on innovative strategies for product delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting device development for pre-filled syringes or auto-injectors and manufacturing biologics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for drug product development aligned with company goals.
• Oversee pre-formulation, formulation development, process development, validation, and stability studies.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide scientific leadership in aseptic fill finish processes.
• Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD in Pharmaceutics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in aseptic drug development and biologics manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP manufacturing of pre-filled syringes or auto-injectors.
• Successful tech transfer experience to CDMOs.
• Strong project management skills.
