Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your impact will be:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the U.S., including recruitment strategy, candidate relationship management, interview coordination, and offer stages with a strong focus on GTM and executive hiring.
• Develop and implement data-driven, customized recruiting strategies that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Partner with and coach hiring teams to ensure alignment between hiring decisions, business goals, and our inclusive culture.
• Walk candidates through our process with up-to-date communication and top-notch candidate experience.
• Manage recruiting resources and build creative sourcing plans to strengthen the external talent pipeline, with a strong focus on diverse representation.
• Gather and analyze candidate feedback to continuously enhance and improve the overall candidate experience.
