Position Summary:
The Director of Fundraising Events and Donor Engagement is a key role within Yeshiva University's Institutional Advancement team, responsible for the strategy, development and execution of impactful fundraising and donor-facing events that engage donors, alumni and key stakeholders in support of the University's mission and philanthropic goals. Reporting to the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Engagement Strategy, this role leads the development of high-impact event experiences-ranging from large-scale galas to alumni socials to intimate donor gatherings-that cultivate philanthropic support and elevate the University's presence in the community. The Director supervises one full-time events staff member and collaborates closely with Advancement colleagues, University leadership, vendors, and volunteers.
